The Brief

Total Piping & Mechanical needed a compact printed capability piece that could clearly communicate their experience across major water and wastewater infrastructure projects, with the artwork required in time for an upcoming industry convention. The booklet needed to feel professional, technical and easy to digest, while giving clients a quick overview of TPM's values, project capability, team experience and delivery strengths. It also needed to connect back to a digital project landing page through QR codes.

The Approach

The design was built around TPM's existing brand identity, using strong green highlights, black and white contrast, structured typography and project imagery to create a sharp infrastructure-focused look. The booklet was designed to be compact and practical, with clear sections for TPM's approach, selected project examples, team profiles and capability links. QR codes were integrated throughout the design to guide viewers to more detailed project information, staff profiles and online capability content. The layout focused on making complex project information feel easier to scan, while still presenting TPM as trusted, certified and capable across critical water infrastructure works.

The Outcome

The finished capability booklet gave TPM a polished and practical print asset that could support sales conversations, networking, convention handouts, project introductions and client follow-ups. The design presents TPM's project experience and team capability in a format that feels sharp, credible and easy to carry, while linking directly to digital project content for a deeper view of TPM's work. The result is a stronger capability piece that helps TPM communicate engineering precision, delivery confidence and project experience across both print and digital touchpoints.
